I think this product is better than what I was using which is a hand pump siphon but I need to adjust it. At first I couldn't connect the flexible hose to the outlet. I had to use large aquarium hoses which luckily fit. Second, none of the attachments work well for vacuuming the shallow, rocky bottom of my turtle tank, which has a gravel filter. Everything is quickly clogged with small stones, probably due to the very good suction. It conveys the water very well into the bucket. I will work with it a few more times, but in case of failure I plan to return it. Shame as it's close by but needs a better investment. As mentioned by others, the instructions are in Chinese (I think). Nothing on the packaging indicates a link to a video that is on Revain. This video is needed to understand how it works.
