I bought this in the faint hope that it could replace a worn Steelseries Nimbus controller joystick. I also have an Xbox One controller and the sticks look the same on the outside. Unfortunately, the dimensions don't match exactly and the experiment failed. The tools worked great to open up the Nimbus controller and remove the small control board that the mini joysticks are attached to. I ended up just swapping the left and right sticks (because the left one gets used all the time and wears out, but the right one is fine) and covered them in silicone skins. There doesn't seem to be a market for replacement parts for Steelseries Nimbus game controllers.
