Well, first of all, this isn't a Microsoft pen. It looks and feels good, but it's not a genuine Microsoft product. While I don't think the company that made it tried to fool me when I bought this, I thought it was the same company I bought my tablet from because Revain recommended it when I bought the Surface Book 2. It's really nice, a good weight and even fits in the holder on my suitcase. However, I don't think the manufacturer has a sleep/wake function with a handle. I don't use the pen extensively, but after a few weeks my pen started acting strange. He found himself touching the tablet when he was nearly an inch from the screen. The only way to stop this is to take the battery out, press the buttons to get rid of the excess capacity and turn it back on, and even that was a temporary fix. I suspect it could be a low battery issue, but then again, I don't feel like I've used the stylus that much. In any case, I'll be returning this one and buying a new pen from Microsoft instead. I haven't seen many other people having this problem, but it's not what I expected when I bought it.
