We bought several Android tablets for our daughter because they are pretty cheap and carry a lot. Firstly the power button broke and secondly the universal port shifted so it couldn't be loaded anymore except this one? Wow. It was thirty bucks more expensive, but it has a Type-C connector that made charging that much easier, and it doesn't have a standard droid charger. It's quick and lasts a long time. My husband was impressed with the screen quality and clear sound. I was able to download dozens of games and none of them crashed. We have enough for 2 days or more. The case that comes with it is THICK. No problems resetting. Not sure how long the coaster will last as my daughter usually breaks this piece within the first month. There was something written about a shield, but I didn't see it in the box. My husband assumes it's already installed but I can't see it so I don't know if you might need it later, but so far I haven't seen any damage. It comes with a preinstalled app which is a safe zone to see what your kids are doing. I feel like many of the games in these sections are a bit more mature than what toddlers can do, and at this point my daughter comes to me immediately if there's a problem. I personally only download a few baby panda games because they are safe and teach a lot of safety tools so your kids can handle everyday situations.
