Looks like a durable umbrella that will last for years. The design is chic and works well. It covers you well. However, the mechanism is very rigid. As long as you're pushing against the wall or floor and not your hand to close it, you're fine. And it's okay if you occasionally need to close it yourself. It just takes pressure. But you know you have an umbrella that literally won't collapse in inclement weather and strong winds. We've been using it for 6 months now.
