We couldn't get it to work at all

We ordered this because we have a family member with Alzheimer's. A common problem for patients with atopic dermatitis is that it starts walking and disappears completely. If this item worked, we would be able to track him as he walked. But there was no way to get it working, 2 programmers were working on it.
