Does exactly what I need.
I have two reverse splitters with headphones and a headset with a boom mic attached, take the mic from the headset, the speakers from the headphones and combine them back into something I can plug into my phone. or laptop. So I have fantastic sound quality, isolation and great mic quality all in one. It couldn't be done without this guy.
