Waste of Money!: my feedback

Girls` fashion should look cute, but this one was a fail .After trying this shirt, i FOUND out that the material was cheap and scratchy. The fake collar and sleeve design looked cute in the picture but was not pleasing to the eye in person. I regret spending my money on this product..
