I was pleasantly surprised by this wonderful product. At first it was so easy to install! I made it myself in 10 minutes! It looks pretty good then, not as fancy as the $300 models you see in new homes, but it goes very well with your existing hardware. Then the waterfall! Aha! They use less water and are great to soak in while bathing! It's easy to adjust one way or another, the spray is refreshing and thorough, and while it's made of plastic, it's not cheap. It's durable, looks like chrome and works great! I've had it for a year now and am very happy with it. Never gave us any problems, was easy to install and gave us the refreshing shower we were looking for. It gets heavy daily use but still looks new and works well. Good value for money! +++++++++ UPDATE - April 2014: We use it every day and STILL no problems - what a bargain! Update: 2020 / Stay home due to the pandemic and use it all the time! STILL in great shape! The best ratio of price and quality!
