TEETH/JAW PROTECTION!: Oral Pain Relief

I'm a serious grinder and have a TMJ. I grind so hard I snapped every molar in my mouth and broke 3 of them. Crowns are expensive, but if you slip an uncomfortable mouthguard out of your mouth while you sleep, it's difficult to keep your teeth. I had a hard, bulky maxillofacial resin mouthguard, but I was never able to wear it. He tried to fix it several times but I either woke up with him underneath me or found him thrown across my room a few weeks later. I tried so many over counter top and…

Not bad for a night guard behind the counter!

I work in dentistry but even I have struggled to find a decent OTC night service. I didn't want it to be too bulky (some people force you to keep your lips open all night, leading to dry mouth and an increased risk of tooth decay). And others were difficult to properly adhere to the teeth. Finally I stumbled across this one. What I like about it is that it only pads the back teeth so it's not as bulky as the others that cover ALL the teeth. And although it is only for the back molars/premolars,

Brilliant but not perfect for stressful situations

I generally like this mouthguard (and have bought it several times) - it's thin, easy to adjust and both comfortable and uncomfortable for me. . how do you say. unsettles the audience. However, I am sticking with this particular model because 2020 has been a real bear and it seems that mouthguards are now an important part of my diet. This model used to last me 4-5 months and now I can use it for about 6 weeks. Now you can have a quieter year and I'm very happy for you; Grab one of these…

I do not recommend these

I do not recommend these. The moving part moves when you sleep which causes me to wake up in the morning with even more sore jaw. The same moving part is difficult to clean. It traps saliva and if you try to clean the visor with toothpaste and brush, the toothpaste gets trapped - unsanitary. The adjustable part has a slightly sharp opening and is pressed against the gums on both sides (lower jaw) during use. It caused my gums after using this night guard for a few days. I got this because I…

Not good for you in the long run

I bought these to relieve some of the pain I was getting from grinding my teeth. I chose this guard because it was less bulky for my mouth than the others. Initially I felt some relief from my jaw pain with this protection. Every morning when I woke up I noticed that my bite had changed in the first few minutes after taking it out. After two months of use (btw the mouthguard didn't hold up very well - I doubt it would last another month) my bite changed significantly after each night and took…

The best dental care! in Oral Pain Relief

I need a night watchman because I grind my teeth a lot at night, it hurts my teeth and I wake up with my boyfriend. However, I didn't want anything bulky or uncomfortable, I'm a light sleeper and if it were uncomfortable I wouldn't be able to sleep. This toothpaste is perfect! It keeps me from grinding my teeth, it's comfortable to wear and it's not bulky like other night guards. And without having to cook, I just took it out of the box, fitted it to my mouth and that's it! I can't recommend it

NOT "Comfort-Fit " is the best oral care

I bought this style as the old style I had was wearing out. I really liked my previous full face mask from Dentek. It fits very well. These advertised a higher level of comfort. Not so. It's terrible. I wasted my money as I wanted to give this time to acclimatization. For this reason, the return period has expired. Waste of money as I now need to buy another style item. It's incredibly uncomfortable. He keeps his jaws/teeth so wide apart that the only option is to sleep with his mouth open. I…

Not great if you've had braces before.

I bought this product to reduce the damage caused by grinding my teeth while I sleep. Technically it was. I used it on the smallest settings and was able to breathe through my mouth while grinding my teeth when for some reason I couldn't use my nose. However, after a week of use, I can no longer use it. As a child I had braces for a short time and clenched my teeth to keep them in the right position. When I loosen up at night, my teeth move and I spend half the day biting down normally again…

Great Dental Guard that helped my husband with his snoring!

I bought this mouthguard for my husband and then for my daughter, both have grinding problems. We paid the dentist for Invisiline protection for my daughter who hated her. It cut her gums, was bulky, etc. She didn't like it and I lost over $100. She declined, and that was a few years ago. My husband was recently told that he will need a mouth guard or cap for his teeth in a few years due to the damage from his nightly grinding of teeth. Well, I knew he wouldn't like the dentist's offer and he…

This is Guardian

My dentist made me a night watchman. This only applied to the 6 upper front teeth. Man, that thing broke my jaw. My NEW dentist told me it was because my teeth wouldn't close at night causing my jaw to shift and I've had overbite problems ever since :/ After paying hundreds of dollars for the fiasco and "every five years once" got " mouthguard, I bought a full swig of DenTek (this is https://www.amazon.com/Dentek-Professional-Maximum-Protection-Dental/dp/B008YEMVSI/ref=sr_1_15_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=
