I bought this product to reduce the damage caused by grinding my teeth while I sleep. Technically it was. I used it on the smallest settings and was able to breathe through my mouth while grinding my teeth when for some reason I couldn't use my nose. However, after a week of use, I can no longer use it. As a child I had braces for a short time and clenched my teeth to keep them in the right position. When I loosen up at night, my teeth move and I spend half the day biting down normally again. Well, that protection doesn't match your bite. It doesn't leave a mark on your teeth so my teeth have shifted a lot and after a few days without it I can finally bite fully again. It was a headache I didn't need. I might just have to spend a ridiculous amount at the dentist to buy a bite plate. Oh well. Comfort Level: Moderate (takes getting used to to rub the gumline) Does it work? Yes suitable? It has five adjustments, so I'd say. You get two and one case. Happy nibbling!
