I bought this mouthguard for my husband and then for my daughter, both have grinding problems. We paid the dentist for Invisiline protection for my daughter who hated her. It cut her gums, was bulky, etc. She didn't like it and I lost over $100. She declined, and that was a few years ago. My husband was recently told that he will need a mouth guard or cap for his teeth in a few years due to the damage from his nightly grinding of teeth. Well, I knew he wouldn't like the dentist's offer and he didn't want to spend another $100 to find out. So I researched Revane for a few hours and chose this guard for him. It didn't look too intrusive, so I went with it. Who needs a whole thing covering every tooth for a grinding problem? He loves to! He said he likes how he can move the guard up and down and adjust it to his liking. This prevents all of his teeth from touching. It is durable and non-invasive. And get it, it stopped his snoring! This was a bonus for me. I didn't think it was possible. This way he seems to sleep better at night and doesn't wake up grumpy. All in all a great purchase. I just bought a set for my daughter. She has a TMJ problem in addition to grinding so I'm hoping that might help with that as well as I've heard that grinding teeth can make TMJ worse. I am very happy with this purchase! Update 7/9/2015: My husband uses it every night, he no longer snores at all (bonus) and the attachment is holding up well. He's glad I bought this and I'm enjoying sleeping in peace.
