I need a night watchman because I grind my teeth a lot at night, it hurts my teeth and I wake up with my boyfriend. However, I didn't want anything bulky or uncomfortable, I'm a light sleeper and if it were uncomfortable I wouldn't be able to sleep. This toothpaste is perfect! It keeps me from grinding my teeth, it's comfortable to wear and it's not bulky like other night guards. And without having to cook, I just took it out of the box, fitted it to my mouth and that's it! I can't recommend it enough!
