I do not recommend these. The moving part moves when you sleep which causes me to wake up in the morning with even more sore jaw. The same moving part is difficult to clean. It traps saliva and if you try to clean the visor with toothpaste and brush, the toothpaste gets trapped - unsanitary. The adjustable part has a slightly sharp opening and is pressed against the gums on both sides (lower jaw) during use. It caused my gums after using this night guard for a few days. I got this because I didn't want to deal with having to mold something with hot water. In the end I had to go back to one of them because it seems to me that in the long run they will do more damage.
