Review on DMM Wallnut Nut Size 1 11 by Ralph Banks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Do what they're supposed to do and they're the best at it

Just received them and have already started playing with them, most recently during a top wire session using them to make anchors have. I find this to be the best classic style nut (haven't used offsets yet) with a notch in the middle of the larger blanks which helps a lot with placement to get that "bomber" feel that you want to have. Also, I got them at a very reasonable price. I would trust BD gear but their nuts seem a bit cheap while these hold up and feel secure. I have a set of 1-11's because if you're like me you'll find the occasional 4's and more often 5's and 6's, but I bought them at a discounted price of about $87 I believe and I see that the price has risen again. They're not light, but I don't expect nuts to be. I will only go to DMM for passive protection from now on, having excellently reviewed their gear and having personal experience with their classic nut design. Must set aside some prejudices too soon! Don't forget to grab a nut tool if you haven't already - outdoorgearlab has a great overview!
