Six months - positive review

This is a positive review about the Sincreative 30 induction hob. We have been using it for everyday cooking for half a year. The device works perfectly due to the nature of the induction. Not at all because of this appliance. A bit of history: 1) We have been cooking on a four burner gas stove for 35 years. Certainly great for cooking. But also with the care not to spill, and after every meal, a really great one Cleaning required which included removing grates and pans and soaking in heavy duty cleaners. After three decades, we have finally lost enthusiasm for routine. 2) So we installed a traditional glass electric cooktop at higher settings. However, spilled liquids slightly/strongly cake on the surface. Then just scrape off the special britt howl, then scouring to restore glass and lots of elbows. Lubrication, restore the surface to an acceptable appearance. Also, when cooking at higher settings, scratches on very hot glass easily turned into scratches that couldn't be removed. In addition, the glass stayed hot for quite a long time, which made it difficult to clean up quickly after the meal. 3) After half a year of frustrating ordinary electrics, we bought some plug-in portable induction blocks for our simple daily needs. loved her! Which ultimately led us to switch to an induction stove as the main stove. After much research we bought a Sincreative 30 inch stove. In addition to the need to have induction-only cookware, we learned two important lessons about induction cooking: 1) Instead of running at constant power all the time during cooking, this and many other induction appliances pulse intermittently to a Medium power setting: For example, on a medium/low setting, my device will pulse for 4 seconds and then turn off for 4 seconds. If using an extra heavy pan (e.g. a cast iron skillet) that has enough mass to hold medium heat, this pulsation will have no effect. But if you use a thin pan, the food will bubble up for a few seconds and then subside for a few seconds. 2) The main reason we chose the Sincreative hob in the first place is that it has two large burners. Something other brands don't have. One is listed at 11 inches. We often cook in a 12 inch pan. We have found that the nature of induction is that regardless of the size of the burner, the magnetic energy is concentrated in the center of the pan. Because of this, even with a large 11-inch burner, food cooks quickly in the center but slower toward the edges. For example, if we put six chicken thighs in a pan, the middle ones will brown quickly. Not much for the thighs on the outer edge of the pan. 3) The induction energy only heats the pan/pot. Even at higher cooking levels, the glass surface only gets warm. This way spills/splashes will not burn. After dinner, if we spill or splash, we wipe up the soapy water to wash the dishes. The spill softens. Then it can be easily deleted. However, glass cleaner is required for a streak-free showroom appearance. One final positive note: Revain's photos show two prominent white emblems on the hob surface, engraved on the top right. In our unit there were none. No "Sincreative" label on the bottom. So the actual block looks very clean and concise. Assuming this device will last a long time, this was a good buy!
