Another update, they refunded my purchase but continued to send very sad but delightful emails asking for an extra star. I agree because if you're not using a headset and you're playing something like Minecraft, this controller will do the trick and it's a good price. But don't buy it for FPS games. Update: I think they read their reviews because they contacted me and are giving a full refund. Still not crazy about the controller but top 5 in customer service. Kept the controllers as spares and they're good for things like playing Minecraft co-op on the couch. First of all, I'm not a "pro gamer". I'm an old dude playing Skyrim and Destiny. I'm not looking for a pro answer. But this controller is clumsy. As mentioned in other reviews, the sticks feel nice, but are stiff, making it difficult to get precise control. And the worst problem in my opinion is that the right and left audio channels are swapped. I thought it might be my defect but I bought my child the same as my own and he has the same. This may not sound like a huge problem, but when you're playing Destiny and listening to the Cursed Slaves explode, they appear to be ahead on the right, when in fact they're behind you. Left. Well you can see the problem. And you can't just flip the headset over, as most of them have a chat mic that only sticks out in one direction. Not sure if I'll return it or just buy another cheap Power A from GameStop. They don't last long, but at least they work while they work, if you understand me.
