We bought these bottles for a two-month trip to Europe. The bottles have performed well—no leaks, fairly easy to clean (harder with thicker liquids like lotion or conditioner). We almost left the cord with clips at home, thinking it was an unnecessary item, and, indeed, it remained tucked away for most of our trip—until we got to a hotel in Italy with a miniature shower with no shelf for soap or anything else. After one shower spent fumbling for a shampoo bottle out of reach on the floor (no room in the shower to bend down!), we remembered the cord, clipped the bottles to it, and hung it over the shower head—hooray! Whoever designed this system was a genius—or at least they have stayed at a certain hotel in southern Italy.
