The GoodGreat head unit actually has 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, unlike other fake Android head units, which is impressive considering the price. It's very responsive (so far). The sound is comparable to other Android head units. BadIt has a TFT screen. Most head units and smartphones have IPS screens, so the screen looks the same from every viewing angle. The disadvantage of the TFT screen is that the screen looks black from some angles. The screen looks fine when I'm in the driver's seat, but the screen looks dark from the passenger's seat. The head unit is for me not my passengers so I'm willing to live with that lol.
