Let's start with I've had this keyboard for 2 months and 11 days. I've waited so long to write an honest review after using the keyboard extensively. I'll do it as painlessly as possible, but frankly without writing a book. In fact, to my surprise, the package arrived 2 days early. This product has been fully boxed to ensure it arrives undamaged. Kudos to you for that! 2. After unpacking, they immediately started using it. This keyboard is "DURABLE" to say the least. My new iPad is in place and the iPad grips keep it from falling out. The grips are "set" for tension as indicated. I didn't find it necessary to adjust them.3. I charged the keyboard the day it arrived after playing with it. Charging took about 2 hours. I've used the keyboard for many things since it arrived and haven't charged it since! 4. The screen rotates to all the angles needed for viewing and sits comfortably on your lap.5. In terms of durability I'm giving it 4 stars as I haven't dropped it. I can imagine that my new iPad will break if it falls in front of the keyboard. The only thing I see wrong is that the keyboard charging cable is no longer than 2ft and that sucks. I will not pay attention to the manufacturer's shortcomings because this product is as good as it gets!
