After I bought my first Macbook, I found that I didn't have enough ports to do other things like a monitor or ethernet to connect cable, charger and so on. I was told I need a "HUB". So I started looking. I've tried a few and they got very hot and almost burned my fingers. Also, the various devices I connected (keyboard and mouse over keys) started stuttering, suspecting thermal issues. I started reading on the internet and found out that this is a very common problem for various cheap unnamed Chinese hubs. I heard about Baseus and although it is a Chinese company they make better quality products. I decided to give it a try before switching to more expensive devices. And also. I'm glad I did. Works perfectly, doesn't even get hot even when I have all inputs connected. No temperature issues, no stuttering, no crashes and gigabit speeds as advertised. Now everything is in order. Highly recommended,
