I bought this for my 1 year old daughter who is 27 pounds, and I'm glad I did it. She usually wears 3T pants because she is tall so I ordered them. There were 6-8 pieces on the pack and the tights are long. Although they were long I kept them because the waist fits and I believe they will last another winter. They are very thin and warm, they can be worn like trousers. The quality is good but wearing it under jeans becomes ugly. I love them and as long as they are available I will continue to buy them as long as they grow. I gave 4 start because I got the wrong size.
