Good condition, needs drilling. I bought this rack to replace one of the racks on one side that holds a ladder. This rack has a lower weight limit than the corner bracket design. But if you need tool boxes, you need this rack. I had to cut a few inches of steel from the corner on the two cab mounts so I could bring it closer to the cab to match my crossover. So the A-pillar is very solid, the A-pillar wobbles a bit because I cut it, but other than that I'm sure it would be solid all around. (Later I will add a welding machine) So here is a tip for you to install. The sections of most truck bodies are double skinned and in my case installing such a skin is almost impossible. Search "nutcerts tool" on Amazon or "nutcerts" on Google/YouTube and this tool will help you install. It speaks for itself when you see it.
