You sent the wrong remote control, but it works.
The remote control pictured and listed is NOT the one sent. The part number is listed as BWB17AV002. The product image shows white backlit keys. The BWB18AV004 product comes with backlit black keys. This product also requires AA batteries. The listing is AAA. I will not leave a star rating for an item that I cannot rate. However, I will tell you that the remote I REALLY received works well for the two items I intended it for. Panasonic TVs and Roku Ultra. At a bargain price, it's not worth going back for the wrong color buttons, but Revain should be more careful about what its sellers are selling.
