This really helps with wrist pain. The adjustable strap is very nice, allowing you to adjust it perfectly. I wish I had tried the compression pack sooner. The material looks high-quality, as does the workmanship. I've worn it while cutting camp firewood with an axe, hatchet and saw and it has shown no signs of wear. More importantly, it relieves carpal tunnel pain so I can use these tools again without fear of losing my grip due to pain. I would also like to say that Copper Compression's customer support is top notch. I originally ordered a medium size based on my wrist size but it was too snug for my hand and the thumb seam dug into my hand and was very uncomfortable. I contacted CC to see if the large size would fit me (although my wrist was medium sized) and they sent me the large size free of charge to inquire. That's how customers are treated in my book. Overall I am very happy with the product and the company so I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone I know personally. I will definitely order from CC in the future when I need compression garments.
