We use it as a bathing jacket for a child in size XS. It's always freezing at the indoor pool and cloudy at the outdoor pool. He slips in there after "drying off" himself with a towel, although he is still wet. He dries off in between using it to keep warm and returns to the pool. The neon accents are very nice. The words on the right make absolutely no sense to me, but it looks like a name or logo.
