Recommended to me, glad I bought it!
My son is a root beer fanatic so he has two cavities. His hygienist recommended a quick kill (xylitol) of the bacteria that feed on the sugar. Since the purchase and the subsequent visit to the dentist, he has no more tooth decay! He didn't like the taste from the first time (compared to the current brand), and from the second time it doesn't even stick. Highly recommended. Also for younger kids who can't spit, rub them with a cotton swab and then paint on their teeth!
