Purchased previously and exactly as advertised. 2-1/2" x 2-1/2". It is UV-resistant black glass for storing and transporting dried medicinal herbs. The lid closes tightly. BPA-free and odorless, Stash stays fresh for up to 7 months. The ultraviolet stops the penetration of UVA and UVB rays into the glass, the rapid aging of the contents and further preservation of the contents. Stores about 7 grams of "Dry Medicinal Herbs" on "Self". I will have 4 of these by 3/31/17! I love her and trust no one else. I highly recommend
