Material is light, it feels like good quality. I am 5'4" and I have an inseam at apprx'ly 30 inches. The pants are close to floor. I don't wear shoes with high heels, so perfect for me. The hips a little snug, my hips are at apprx'ly 45". They are snug at the waist but not uncomfortable. I am at apprx"ly 41" waist. I will definitely wear them.
