It has helped us understand what our consumers are looking for in terms of products, services etc., which helps improve customer experience as well reduce operating costs by optimizing inventory levels & other operational processes accordingly. The UI/UX could be improved further but it's not too bad either way! I would recommend this software if you're into market research or trying out new ideas that can later become trends with your target audience - whether customers / clients (B2C)or prospects( Bto C). We use Signal Analyticsto get an idea about how people interact online when they go through different websites like Amazon while shopping so we try various features available within their product catalogs suchas wish lists, reviews&gt ; ratingsetc..
