Tip is thin but flattens with pressure

Although these brushes are really thin at the tip, if you press too hard it will flatten like any other brush. I personally want a brush with a fine tip, firmer bristles that don't flake. I also find the shape of the brush uncomfortable, plus the metal that holds the metal tip of the brush to the wooden part isn't perfectly aligned. So I feel it cutting into my skin. I bandaged him to help him and he's working hard.
