I wanted to eat more salad. I figured I would use this as my salad stock - make all the salad dressings/veggies once a week so I don't have to unwrap/wrap every salad ingredient every day. Now it's on the counter. First, it's too long to fit front to back in my fridge, so I had to tilt it to avoid hitting the shelves. Measure your fridge before you buy it. Second, I forgot that all behavior changes require energy, awareness, and time - I need to develop new cooking/timing habits to keep that salad full of fresh ingredients. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but if you change what you eat, how often you eat, cooking methods, etc., there's a limit to how much you can change. If I skip or forget a salad for a day or two, the ingredients become obsolete. I tried but only completed 3 sections. Then I forgot he was there. The tool is fine, the problem is mine.
