Don't waste your money. I grill often and never burn. The first thing I did was cook the chicken wings. The fat has nowhere to go, so it burned into mats, meaning it charred the food. I removed the wings from the mat and placed them on the top shelf, when I tried to remove the mats from the grill I got a big flare up from the grease that had built up. Reading other reviews I'm now worried if there was something black on the chicken from the carpet. Despite this, we threw away most of our food. The comment about the dishwasher is misleading. For 20 minutes I tried to remove the burned fat to no avail. There are no instructions for this product either. That's a waste of money.
