Broke on first use!
This car was terrible. I bought it as a gift and it broke the first time I used it. I couldn't return the product because the return period had expired because I had it on hand as a birthday gift. So now she's stuck. The pen-down button popped out 3 minutes after first use. We had to put a nail in the hole to hold the handle to finish the floor. The on/off switch is on the head, which is inconvenient when mopping.
