Hasn't worked for less than a week!

Not impressed with how quickly this remote stopped working. I've tried all the basics - using the remote at different angles, using new batteries, double checking that the new batteries are installed correctly, etc. We've only been using it for a few days and suddenly numerous buttons stopped working.

Brand new. Suitable for Samsung LCD LED HDTV 3D Smart TV.
