This cream is by far the best cream I've tried for adult acne. From recent research I have learned that there is a healthy skin flora that we must try to create in order to prevent breakouts (due to bacterial or fungal) and using this product is the closest I have ever come to. clear skin on my face. I've been plagued by blemished skin for most of my life, I still don't think it works that well! I wish it was bigger so I can feel better using it on other "problem areas" of my body as well. But in fact I'm so impressed with its effectiveness against my former raging acne on my face that I'm really willing to keep buying small tubes of it to apply to other areas. I am happy to share that for the first time in my life I am very hopeful for the future of my skin!
