I am very happy with it. I bought a cheaper epilator as shown on TV which didn't work at all. I was hesitant to order this due to the price and figured I'd end up returning it and buying one of the $100+ versions. But I was pleasantly surprised. At first it was painful from the epilator but after a few times it became much less painful. Using it immediately after showering causes less discomfort. I think it's because your pores are more open. I don't have to shave my armpits every day and I only had to touch up my legs a few times. This is one of my best purchases. I highly recommend it. Once you get over the discomfort, you won't regret it.
