Attention buyers. Not as expected

We ordered a boys size 10 and received a very large pair instead. More likely a 14. The inside label has been cut off at the bottom (probably where the actual size was shown) and "10" has been written on the label with a pen. Ridiculous. My son insisted on this particular pair and we have been waiting for a month.
