The item is average, not sure if it's worth the money.

the first and last time took something garmin. it's good that we managed to pass and take samsung . Its pros: * holds a charge for a long time. per day was discharged by 13-20%. * a fairly good app for tracking health and training parameters, apart from being compatible with other apps and devices. With its cons. * are inappropriately expensive for this * look like a plastic toy on the hand, even the part that is metal looks like plastic * it seems that everything that is stated is there, but everything is inconveniently done, absolutely everything * For example, Garmin Pay, if you add several cards, you can't choose a main one or change the order in the list. and each time you need to manually select the desired * during a call, only the number is displayed on the smartphone, and the name is not displayed . accordingly, what is the point of this function * The screen goes blank quickly and the time cannot be changed. * tight uncomfortable buttons * very short standard cable for charging (20-30cm) * incompatibility with other health apps on smartphone * Sleep tracking: I slept several times a day for several hours. he counted only one dream. or slept, woke up, fell asleep again, the second dream no longer counts. but another time he woke up in the morning and lay for another 2 hours in bed, he counted them as a dream. what phases can we talk about if he cannot catch a dream. * pedometer accuracy. While washing, he counted 300 steps for me. but I'm not sure that there are accurate pedometers on watches / bracelets * auto-count repetitions during training. nothing more than marketing, he thinks somehow. for example, he raised his hands with dumbbells in front of him for 5 repetitions. sometimes counted 5, and sometimes 7-8. when I did the press with the rise of the torso, I consistently counted 5-6 out of 30 repetitions. * uploaded mp3 there, tried to listen . the playback quality is as if they are with a bit rate of 64, although they sound fine on a computer) * loses in everything to competitors, for example, Samsung watch 4 classic . which is cheaper, metal case, rotary bezel control, more sensors (ecg, blood pressure, body composition), microphone and speaker, everything is convenient.
