I was hesitant to buy a power supply from another manufacturer but the positive reviews convinced me. I had this charger for about 2 months before it fried the USB-C ports on my 2018 15 inch Macbook Pro. Took the computer to the Apple store and they had to replace the connectors on both sides. They showed me the burn marks on it. "I brought the charger and showed them the charger and their cable. They looked into the connectors on the cable and found that the pins were missing or shorted. The cable was never damaged in any way. I was given a replacement charger/- cable and checked them.it before using and confirmed the cable had the same problems.
