Solution please good for CCTV kits

I paid for 1TB of storage but got 0 storage instead, I don't know why. 2, the admin has a password that I didn't create and it's difficult to reset or create another one only when I want to bypass the second admin user option. 3, can't link it to my phone, the QR code is invalid. plugged
