Efficient integration of Salesforce CRM and RPA for improved Business Process Automation

The ease to integrate into our existing SAP ERP system with EDO as an extension module was great! We were able to leverage all that we needed without having duplicated data or resources within two systems. I wish there could have been more training available in-house prior to implementation but this would be expected when you are implementing such large scale projects like ours across multiple locations/countries! Integration took longer than normal due to complexity related issues beyond what anyone can expect from just one developer team at times. Benefits realized include greater efficiency through automation. Reporting has become easier since using the integrated CRMs. Our business continuity plan requires us being connected online 24x7 so downtime during these storms isn't ideal - which means relying heavily upon cloud solutions helps mitigate some risk by maintaining connection even if power goes out completely offline.
