When I first opened it I was skeptical. I bought this for my 11 (almost 12) year old daughter. She's stocky, so when I noticed how small they were I was disappointed, but then I stretched them out (being careful not to rip them) and had her try them on. We had to pull them up carefully but they fit her. She said they were very comfortable. They went all the way up to her waist and above and she really liked that. I have to say that had she been a little heavier, they probably wouldn't have fit her. She's 130lbs and almost 5 ft tall. They are pretty long for a taller person, but they wouldn't fit a more stocky person. We only want these tights for her Halloween costume, so I don't know if they will last beyond one wear. Because of the price and how much she liked them, I gave this item 5 stars.
