The sales team at gorilla was very helpful with getting me up & running quickly as well providing training if needed - in fact they were always available when I had questions or concerns about anything! They also have great customer service once you're live so any issues that arise are taken care of right away (also happened twice while we worked together). No particular dislike but would like more flexibility for store owners regarding how many products can be included per category/brand before needing approval from Salesforce Admin Team Member who works directly w Customer Support teams member. Also wish there could maybe separate categories by seasonality instead just one big general "Fall" section which may not actually apply since our business doesn't operate this way yet due some new product offerings coming out soon etc.. This will help customers find what specific items their looking specifically without having them navigate through all stores within each brand then select only those matching options under fall collection item dropdown menu option in order.
