Might not fit "exactly ".
I have removed and replaced the original fan assembly several times with no problems, but this did not fit as perfectly as the original. Not an insurmountable problem, but it took a few tries and I had to lie on my back under the dashboard. The original just showed up, while this one required some manipulation. It fits and seems to work perfectly. It's quiet like all speeds and I'm happy with my purchase.
