Relaxing but minimally effective
I like these. I keep them in the fridge and enjoy the cool feeling. I cut them in half and use them as eye pads. So you can still see while using them. Also a great way to double the product. If you're looking for a significant reduction in puffiness, look elsewhere. But if you want a nice, soothing effect with some bagging reduction, give it a try.
