The pump broke down immediately. I don't know what it says about me that I had a fresh pump dispenser that fit the container but it saved the product the first time. It smells like mint, it's smooth, clean to the touch, like it'll absorb quickly but not fast enough to start a fire. I really wanted something that you could smell from a foot or two away, you know if you apply it to your back the person being massaged can also smell it and benefit from the oil. Luckily, I was in the process of ordering peppermint oil for the diffuser, so I spent an extra buck or two on the skin therapeutic, put a few drops in the bottle, and shook it. So I had to save the product TWICE. But I have a mint massage oil that I use and I love it, so it's not all bad. Just be prepared that you will have to work hard to get this thing to work. 2 stars. Update: The seller contacted me and offered additional products to ensure their quality. The seller was professional and very pleasant in his offer. I'm waiting for their coconut massage oil and their eucalyptus essential oil - for free - so overall I get value and quality from this brand and even then the seller is at least trying to get it right!
