Didn't dry me at Disneyland
I got it a little bigger, wear it over my sweatshirt and it was perfect. It's very light and keeps me dry. It also helped seal in the extra warmth, so that was a bonus. Wouldn't wear it for the warmth but for the price a perfect little raincoat.
