Review on Ness by Jordan Ford

The team at NESS is incredibly knowledgeable about our business needs as well as having incredible customer service skills! They are attentive to detail but have flexibility when it comes time for us do implement solutions that we didn't anticipate or want exactly how they came up initially - so no complaints there either :) I would say this could be an issue if you're looking specifically into hiring someone who knows your industry inside-out (think SOWs/RFP's) vs just needing help getting started digitally; however even then the support can come from others within the firm which does mitigate some of those concerns. We needed assistance navigating through different software options while also solving problems related around content management systems like Jive etc..
