The receiving of this item took a long time. No blame on the sellers. We received three out of the four boxes in a very timely manner. The sellers sent us the "fourth" box again. Upon set up we noticed that only one chair was manufactured wrong and that a screw hole didn't line up with another screw hole. We contacted the sellers and they sent us another "fourth" box again. Through this whole ordeal the sellers were very communicative and went above and beyond in making us happy. I would totally buy from them again and would highly recommend them. Though our experience took quite a while to come to completion I am so pleased with the way the sellers handled all the issues we faced.The furniture itself is very comfortable. I really love it. The back is the perfect height and the cushions are very comfortable. I can't speak to washing off any dirt or such as I haven't had it that long but so far I love this sofa set and would buy it again if I needed to.
